Return Policy

You may return all unopened and undamaged items purchased at CandleLuxury.com within 30 days of the order date. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and will equal the actual charged shipping rate or in the case of free shipping promotion a fee equal to 10% of your order (whichever is greater). Opened items are not eligible for returns.

If the return is due to our error or if the item is defective we will refund the original shipping cost and pay the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@CandleLuxury.com for a return shipping label in these cases.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Sale items are final and are not eligible for return.

Returns must be made in the original or comparable packaging insured for the purchase amount to the following address:
