CandleLuxury.com values you as a customer and wants to ensure that you receive the best price available. If you happen to find a lower online price, and meet the terms and conditions below, we will not only give you 100% of the difference, but an extra 10% on top of it – That’s 110% of the difference!

Rules:

1. The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color that was purchased from the CandleLuxury.com website.
2. Only online authorized retailers operating within the United States are eligible for price matching.
3. Items with any type of incentives such as rebates, promotions, and rewards back are not eligible.
4. Items listed on auction sites (i.e. eBay) are not eligible.
5. Closeout or discontinued items or sales are not eligible.
6. The final publicly advertised price that would have been paid at the other site (defined to include shipping and tax before any incentive or promotion), will be compared to the total price (including shipping and tax before any incentive or promotion) on your order with CandleLuxury.com when calculating the difference.
7. Offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.
8. Offer is limited to one refund per month per customer.

To receive a refund:

1. Order the item that you want from CandleLuxury.com.
2. Send an email to info@CandleLuxury.com with your Order Number and the URL of the site where you found the item.
3. After receiving your email, CandleLuxury.com will verify the website where you found the lower price, give you the discount, and send you an e-mail with your new total.
