We are sorry, but CandleLuxury.com does not accept international orders at this time.

SHIPPING

How quick do you ship?

Most orders ship within one business day of being placed and many orders ship the same day of placed by 2 PM CST.

Does shipping time include weekends?

Due to UPS shipping rules, weekends are not included in the shipping estimate.

How can I check the status of my order?

Order status can be checked any time once your order has been shipped (within 2 business days) by going to our order status page at http://www.CandleLuxury.com/order-tracking.html

What shipping options are available?

We currently ship via UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Priority service. You have the choice to select your own shipping method based on need. Real-time rate quotes and shipping times are quoted during your checkout process.

How do I know the item I want is in stock?

Item availability is shown for each item online. If an item is out of stock, it will not display the add to cart button. If you order multiple quantities of an item and we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified during the check out process and only the available quantity will be added to your order.
